Three minutes of stretching, three minutes of jump roping, three rounds at the bag, three minutes of shadowboxing, three minutes of sit-ups, three rounds at the bag, three minutes of push-ups, three minutes of jumping jacks, three rounds at the bag, etc. A timer will be needed to ensure the full three minutes. The last 30 seconds of each three minute routine should be 30 seconds of all out, go for the gold, everything you got. After which, a full 1 minute rest should be taken. This is not a run in place, stretching or keeping warmed up minute. This is a rest only; with maybe a drink of water, minute.
Home boxing workouts will progress in length and intensity as an individual becomes more proficient at it. Scheduling three minute intervals with the exercise movements targeted toward certain muscle groups, or cardio, or strength training can be varied as an individual chooses the right sequence for themselves.
