Dear Home Fitness Equipment, I have been taking a boxing class at my local gym for several months now and wanted to add a piece of equipment to my home gym in case I don't make it to the local gym. Plus I can workout if I only have limited time. The TKO 12 station cardio boxing gym is great. Its so much fun to use and my boxing instructor asked me where I bought mine! Dear Home Fitness Equipment, I recently purchased a DVD yoga training mat from you and I wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying it. I suffer from lower back pain and heard that yoga might help alleviate it. Well, after watching the video for the past month and a half or so, I can tell you it works great. I watch my video in the morning before work 2 days per week and in the evening 3 days per week. I can feel the stress in my body being released as I perform my exercises. And whats better is I have renewed energy while I work during the day. Thanks! -Donna
