to "self spot"
Utilizes self aligning linear bearings on 1 1/4" case hardened shafts, as well
as a gas strut.
8" of stroke is given to the user to pull the weight over their advantaged lift
off points. Once the weight is lifted, the rack automatically retracts out of
the way of the exercise.
All units have adjustable take off heights.
All Olympic units have plate storage and adjustable safeties.
T-Rack system has 12" of movement and uses a counterweight.
