Aerobics
Aerobics have been one of the most popular exercises for a very long time. However, many stereotypes about aerobics remain, specifically that it is only useful or acceptable for women to practice, or that the exercise doesn't offer benefits to those that are already in fine condition. Neither is the truth. Aerobics are a great way for anyone to workout, man or woman, and even fine athletes can find aerobics programs intense enough to give them a great workout.
There are several attributes of aerobics that recommend it above other types of exercise. One is that aerobics can be practiced by almost everyone. There are all types of aerobics exercises, with many different types of motion performed at all number of speeds. This adaptability makes aerobics one of the most flexible types of exercise there is. Another great thing about aerobics is that it can be fun. Many exercises are so repetitive that people dread them. It's hard to do the same thing over and over for fifteen minutes, thirty minutes, or an hour. Aerobics combine lots of different motions and stretches into one workout. This variety helps many people enjoy aerobics far more than other forms of exercise. If you are looking for variety in your workout, or for an exercise that will make you sweat but not necessarily make you sore, then aerobics is a fine choice.
